This week I would like to introduce – Grilled Ginger “Pork” turnip. Turnips are most delicious in July. So grilling them seems like a good idea to get what’s best in them. And there is a lot, turnips are packed with vitamins K,A,C,E,B1,B3,B5,B6,B2. Those help us keep our skin and hair healthy. SoMeat – Ginger “Pork” spices up the dish to create a perfect plate for all the senses – taste, vision, smell and touch – and an ideal summer dinner inspiration.
At the beginning prepare the SoMeat following the instructions. And cut into smaller (bite size) peaces.
Slice turnips into 2 cm slices.
Meanwhile warm up tomato sauce in a separate pot.
Taste tomato sauce, if blend season to taste.
