Rainy season is almost over, so we will have more chances to go to the beach and enjoy energetic sun. Sun is a very important part of our lives. It gives us energy, but it can also be damaging to our skin. Therefore, this week we introduce – SoMeat – Pumpkin – Sandwich. Pumpkin protects our skin. It contains beta-corotene, which prevents UV damage and improves skin texture. Let’s enjoy beach with SoMeat sandwich and stay gorgeous!
Recipe
At the beginning prepare the SoMeat following the instructions. Separate into larger slices.

Wash and dry spinach. Cut off harder parts and stir fry over a small heat.
( depending on your frying pan, you may want to use some olive oil)

Mix Yubayose tofu with spinach and season to taste.
( you may want to turn on the heat for more precise mixing)

Adding Yubayose tofu to spinach makes the spinach softer and easier to combine with other ingredients.

Get your grill pan ready. And grill pumpkins slices on both sides.
( normal frying pan is also ok)

Using the same grill pan, grill bread slices. This will make bread more crispy and allow it to absorb some more taste.

Transfer some Yubayose tofu - spinach paste on the bread. Add sprouts and grilled pumpkin slice. On the top add larger slices of SoMeat - Aburiyaki.
