This week I would like to introduce a 5 step SoMeat Beets Salad. Beets are rich in vitamin B9, which is very beneficial to blood vessels. It controls the damage of the blood vessels and hence helps reducing the risk of heart disease and troke. On top of it, tomatoes help burning fat. A perfect mix for a healthy autumn!

SoMeat Beets Salad

SoMeat - Aburiyaki 50g
Cherry Tomatoes 200g
Boiled Baby Beets 50g
Capers 3 teaspoons
Fresh Basil
Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

At the beginning prepare the SoMeat following the instructions.
