This week I would like to introduce – SoMeat Black Fettuccine. This simple pasta is a fashionable, health bomb. It is easy to prepare and provides so much rejuvenating nutrition. We add Bamboo Charcoal Powder for a black color. This powder is a traditional Chinese anti- aging, lowering cholesterol and improving digestion medicine. Let’s enjoy summer with a little bit of color!

SoMeat Black Fettuccine

Ingredients

SoMeat - Kara-Age (Fried “Chicken”) 6 pieces (defrosted)
Fettuccine 4 nests
Bamboo Charcoal Powder 2 teaspoons
Cherry Tomatoes 10
Cashew Nuts 20g
Black Truffle Salt a pinch
Fresh Basil 2 stems
Edible Flowers optional

Prepare the Fettuccine following the instructions, but boil for about 2 min less.

Add prepared Fettuccine and the SoMeat to the pan and fry for about 2 min, over a low heat. Sprinkle with the Black Truffle Salt.

Halve the SoMeat (from 3.) and fry it over a medium heat with the cherry tomatoes and the Cashew nuts for about 1 min.
