SoMeat Bruschetta

Serves 2-3 people

Ingredients

SoMeat - Plant - Based Mince 100g
Baguette 4 thick slices
Cherry Tomatoes 15
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Dry Italian Herbs rosemary, oregano, basil
Salt and Pepper
Shredded Vegan Cheese ( 2 tablespoons) -optional

Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix them with olive oil. Season to taste with herbs, salt and pepper. Leave for about 5 min.

Fry the SoMeat for about 2 min in a preheated frying pan, until slightly brown.

Pour a little bit of olive oil on the baguette and then grill them or warm up in an oven.
