Toast Bread 1 slice
Soy Milk 50 ml
Shredded Vegan Cheese 4 teaspoons
Cherry Tomatoes 300g
Tomato Puree 200g
Capers 3 teaspoons
Paprika Powder 1 teaspoon
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil

In a mixing bowl, mix the SoMeat and the soaked bread. Season with paprika, oregano, salt and pepper.

Divide the SoMeat into 4. Shape each part into a patty and wrap the vegan cheese inside. Then , fry over a medium heat until golden brown.

Fry halved cherry tomatoes for about 1 min and then add the tomato paste. Add the capers and season to taste.
