Together with decreasing temperatures we can enjoy various types of cabbages. I really like Brussels Sprouts, however they can be a little bitter. So this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat – Creamy Brussels Sprouts. This pasta dish balances all the flavors: bitter, sweet and spicy. Furthermore Brussels sprouts keep you full for a long time. Hence are helpful in avoiding winter overeating. Please Enjoy!

SoMeat – Creamy Brussels Sprouts

Serves 3-4 people
time: 15 min

Ingredients

SoMeat - Ginger “Pork” 100g
Farfalle Pasta 100g
Brussels Sprouts 10
Red Bell Pepper 1/2
Coconut Cream 200 ml
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil

At the beginning prepare the SoMeat following the instructions. And cut into smaller ( bite size) peaces.

Cook the Farfalle according to package directions and drain.

Sauté halved Brussels sprouts until they get a nice brown color. (about 3 min)

Add sliced pepper and continue heating for about 3 more minutes. Turn off the heat and season to taste.
