This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Ginger Fried Vegetables with Oyster Mushrooms. This dish balances two types of spiciness – from ginger and chili. Furthermore Oyster mushrooms are rich in vitamin B3 – a crucial vitamin, our bodies need to function properly.

Baby Asparagus 10
Small Bell Pepper 2
Sugar Snap Pea 15
Oyster Mushroom 1 cup
Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
Chili Sauce 1 teaspoon
Chia Seeds 1 teaspoon

First, prepare the SoMeat Shogayaki following the instructions and cut into bite-size pieces.
