It is getting warmer and we can spend more time outside. Maybe even have a picnic. So this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Herb Sauce Sandwich. The SoMeat Herb Sauce is inspired by Argentinian Chimichurri Sauce. It contains herbs as parsley and chervil. Both herbs are contribute to bone health and help reduce conditions such as cancer and heart disease. Let’s enjoy health and delicious taste.

SoMeat Herb Sauce Sandwich

Ingredients

SoMeat Aburiyaki 100g
Italian Parserly 6 stems
Chervil 6 stems
Cherry tomatoes 4
Olive Oil 5 tablespoons
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1 tablespoon
Red Pepper Flakes 1/2 teaspoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Dry Basil 1 teaspoon
Baguette half -> one sandwich - 1/4
Lime 1/4

Recipe

First, prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions. And cute into bite-size pieces.

Remove hard stems from Chervil and Parsley. Then finally chop the herbs.

In a bowl mix chopped herbs with red pepper flakes, salt, dry basil, olive oil and the balsamic vinegar of Modena.

Cut each baguette piece in half lengthwise and warm up.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into eights. And mix with chopped herbs sauce and the SoMeat. Sprinkle with lime.
