We are in the middle of summer and temperatures are really high. In times like these, we need to take extra care of our bodies to provide enough water. Therefore, this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Pineapple Fried Rice. Pineapple is an amazing fruit. It brings a feeling of tropical islands but is also very beneficial to the body. It hydrates the body and boosts immunity. Let’s try this dish and have a great summer!

SoMeat Pineapple Fried Rice

Serves 3-4 people
time: 10- 15 min

Ingredients

SoMeat - Plant-Based Mince 200g
Jasmine rice 125ml
Baby Corn 5
Red Bell Pepper 1/2
Green Peas canned -50g
Lime 1
Fresh Mint
Sesame Oil
Salt and Pepper
Turmeric

Cook the jasmine rice in 200ml of water.

Put the cooked rice into a pan and add the SoMeat.
Stir – fry with sesame oil over medium heat for about 1 min.
