This week I would like to introduce a simple 3-step recipe – SoMeat Pineapple Pork. This light meal is perfect to enjoy holiday-like spirit. Pineapple adds a fantastic sweet flavor and also the tropical feeling. Also kale support eye health. So why not trying a tropical dinner after a long day in front of the computer?

SoMeat Pineapple Pork

Ingredients

SoMeat Shogayaki (Ginger “Pork”) 100g
Kale 3 leaves
Pineapple 4 slices, fresh or canned
Lime 1/4
Olive Oil optional
Salt and Pepper optional

First, prepare the SoMeat Shogayaki following the instructions and cut into bite-size pieces.

In a pan, fry grilled pineapple and tore kale leaves, until wilted. (about 2 min) Sprinkle with the lime.

Add earlier prepared SoMeat and mix all well. Turn off the heat.
