This week, I would like to introduce a Provence-inspired SoMeat Potato Salad. The crispy SoMeat Kara Age balances the soft and creamy potatoes, forming a rich texture salad which is light yet fulfilling. Furthermore, the addition of Herbs de Provence promotes detoxification and optimizes digestion. What is very beneficial for our changing to sitting lifestyles.

SoMeat Potato Salad

Ingredients

SoMeat - Kara-Age (Fried “Chicken”) 6 pieces
Potatoes 3 medium size
Cherry Tomatoes 10
Pesto 2 teaspoons
Herbs de Provence
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil

Recipe

Start by preparing the SoMeat. Defrost overnight in the fridge.

Boil the potatoes for about 10 min.

Halve the cooked potatoes and then cut each half into quarters (bite size pieces) and fry them over a medium heat for about 2 min.
