This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat – Raspberry Salad. This sweet – tart salad is perfect for late spring / summer evenings, to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere after a long warm day. It is light, yet satisfying. Raspberries are rich in essential to heart potassium. Lets enjoy peaceful taste and life.

SoMeat – Raspberry Salad

Ingredients

SoMeat Aburiyaki 100g
Baby Spinach 40g
Raspberries 125g
Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1/2 teaspoon
Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons

Recipe

First, prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions. And cut into small, bite-size pieces.

In a bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar of Modena and Dijon mustard.
