It is almost Christmas and I cannot imagine this time without Red Sauce Pasta and Meatballs. So this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Red Ball Sauce Pasta. It is a kind and warming dish. Also bay leaves add a unique aroma to this dish. I hope you can enjoy Christmas with SoMeat.
In a mixing bowl mix the Someat with soaked bread, add chopped parsley, vegan cheese, salt and pepper. Then mix everything together.
Form bite size SoMeat – Balls – about 11. Fry them over a medium heat until uniformly brown. ( about 5 min)
Add Polpa and bay leaves to 3. and bring the Polpa to boil. Then switch off the heat and stir about 4 times.
Serve the SoMeat Red Balls Sauce with pasta and sprinkle with vegan cheese.
