This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Savory Pancakes. It is a very quick dish that warms you up instantly. Additionally parsley has antibacterial properties and strengthens the immune system. Let’s enjoy the healthy Autumn.

SoMeat Keema - Curry 180g
Flour 80g
Soy Milk 50ml
Baking Powder 5g
Parsley one bunch
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Lime 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, soy milk and baking powder.

Preheat a frying pan and cook pancakes over a low-medium heat, for about 1 min each side until golden brown. Use about two tablespoons for one pancake. ( makes about 4-5)

Heat up the SoMeat Keema-Curry pack in a boiling water for about 1 min.

Pour the SoMeat Keema-Curry over the pancakes and drizzle with lime.
