During the summer our skin and hair get damaged due to the overexposure to sun. So, in the Autumn we start thinking how to reverse those damages. A wild rice is a great natural remedy. It stimulates cell growth and slows the signs of aging. Therefore this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat – Wild Rice Grilled Bell Pepper. This healthy and simple dish is a great snack or a light dinner.

SoMeat – Wild Rice Grilled Bell Pepper

Ingredients

SoMeat Aburiyaki 100g
Bell Pepper 2
Wild Rice 1/2cup
Vegan Blue Cheese 100g
Black Pepper

At the beginning prepare the SoMeat Aburiyaki following the instructions.

Grill the pepper pieces on both sides for about 20 min, until they get softer.
