This week I would like to introduce a Spicy SoMeat Chicken. It is a delightful dish, packed with spices, that helps cooling down the body. Summer is coming, so why not trying natural ways of cooling down?

Spicy SoMeat Chicken

SoMeat - Kara-Age (Fried “Chicken”) 6 pieces (defrosted)
Small Bell Pepper 2
Soy Yoghurt 2 tablespoons
Chervil to taste
Naan optional
Olive Oil optional
Spices
Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
Paprika Powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric 1 teaspoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Szechuan Pepper Flakes 1/2 teaspoon

Cut the bell peppers into strips.

Fry them over a medium heat with a little bit of olive oil, for about 2 min.

In a bowl mix soy yoghurt and all the spices.

Add the defrosted SoMeat – Kara – Age to 2. and fry together for about 4 min, until the SoMeat gets golden brown. Then add Chervil and turn off the heat.

Add the mixed soy yoghurt with spices and mix well with the SoMeat. Serve warm with Naan.
