This week I would like to introduce a SoMeat - Raspberry Salad. This sweet - tart salad is perfect for late spring / summer evenings, to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere after a long warm day. My favorite bread is Pumpernickel. This bread originates in German and is super healthy. It prevents your blood sugar from rising significantly after the meal and also effectively reduces it. So this week I would like to introduce a SoMeat Pumpernickel Antipasto.

As we are coming to the end of the year, I would like to introduce a SoMeat Cabbage Stew which is a Polish inspired cuisine. When I was growing up in Poland we would have this dish at this time of the year. It is easy to heat up and keeps for a long time, hence makes a perfect meal during busy times. During the summer our skin and hair get damaged due to the overexposure to sun. So, in the Autumn we start thinking how to reverse those damages. A wild rice is a great natural remedy. In summer we get so many fresh vegetables - rich in vitamins and antioxidants. Therefore, we would like to introduce a very easy Italian inspired - SoMeat Summer Vegetables Sauté. Main ingredient is a zucchini- a summer vegetable that is proven to strengthen your vision. Especially recently, because of the current situation we spend more time in front of computer screen and TV, paying more attention to our vision is so important.
